SERVICE AND USAGE AGREEMENT FOR XANIAHOSTING.COM

I. Agreement Overview

This Service and Usage Agreement (this "Agreement") is an agreement between you ("User") and Xania Media ("Company"), the owner and operator of the website www.xaniahosting.com ("Website"). The service offerings of the Website (collectively, the "Services") include but are not limited to the sale of domain names, SSL certificates, hosting services, and others as described on the Website. By using the Services, User agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

II. Service Provision

2.1 The Company provides Services as a commercial seller of domain names, provider of SSL certificates, web hosting services and other related services. User understands the scope, functionality, and limitations of the Services as described on the Website.

III. User Obligations

3.1 User agrees to comply with all rules, laws, and regulations applicable to their use of the Services and their performance under this Agreement.

IV. Payment and Fees

4.1 User agrees to pay all applicable fees for the Services as per the fee schedule presented on the Website.

V. Intellectual Property Rights 

5.1 The Company is the sole owner and authorized user of any trademark, registered trademark and/or service mark appearing on the Website, and is the copyright owner or licensee of the content and/or information on the Website unless otherwise indicated.

VI. Liability

6.1 The Company's liability for the Services under this Agreement is limited to the amount User paid for the Services.

VII. Term and Termination

7.1 This Agreement begins on the date User accepts it and continues until all Services are terminated by either party.

VIII. Dispute Resolution 

8.1 Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be resolved though arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Belgian laws.

IX. Miscellaneous 

This Agreement, including any terms, conditions, and policies expressly referenced herein, together with any legal notices published on the Website, shall constitute the complete understanding and agreement between User and the Company, and shall supersede and cancel any prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, except as expressly provided otherwise by the Company.

Please review this Agreement carefully and make sure that you understand its terms before using the Services. Your use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement.
 
Please also note that this Agreement includes an arbitration clause that covers most disputes that might arise between you and the Company. Please review Section VIII for more information about your agreement to resolve any disputes with the Company through final and binding arbitration.
